Please note: Due to COVID-19, our shipping provider may experience shipping delays.
We are pleased to offer free ground shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $50 Amount. On orders less than $50 within the U.S., shipping is a flat rate of $8.30. Ground shipping generally takes 3-7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door.
If you select one of our expedited shipping options (2nd Day or Next Day Air), we will fulfill any orders placed before 12pm MST the same business day, otherwise they will be shipped the next day. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY
Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. Please submit this request by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 855-682-1600 to speak to Customer Service. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours. Please contact us at email@example.com and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
